I'm Ayoub Zouak — software engineer and human-centred tech artisan. I've worked on startups across EdTech, e-commerce, logistics, and last-mile delivery; my ventures have ranged from spectacular failures to spectacular successes, and I learned the most expensive lessons so you don't have to.
My obsession is value creation through software: shipping things real users care about, in markets that fight back. Product management and product-market-fit are the muscles I've trained the hardest — so a smooth go-to-market isn't an accident when we work together, it's the plan.
